• To maintain our peaceful environment, please place cell phones on vibrate. We discourage communication devices in treatment rooms and waiting area.
  • We request that children be attended at all times. Loud, boisterous behavior is unacceptable in consideration of clients receiving spa services.
  • Staff changes – If you would be more comfortable or feel better served by another staff member, please let us know.
  • We guarantee our chemical services when you use the recommended products and inform us of a challenge within 3 days.
  • Gift certificates are non-refundable.
  • Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. We do recommend, however, that you always reserve your next experience prior to leaving, in order to guarantee the availability of your desired services and times in the future.

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation it at all possible. No call/no shows will be charged for missed appointments. Thank you for your consideration.
